Chroma key is the process of removing a flat color — usually green or blue — from a video so another image can show through. A well-lit green screen lets editors drop an app, website or film onto a phone display without rotoscoping every frame.
A phone green screen is footage of a real device whose display is filled with chroma green. After keying, the device, hands and room stay in the shot, and only the glass is replaced with your content.
A folding phone changes aspect as it opens. Closed, the cover is a tall first screen; open, the inner display is a wide dual pane. Green on both sides lets one clip show a responsive layout expanding with the hinge.
